Over the years, I’ve reflected on how I could integrate my experience designing and executing events, a 24-year career in corporate talent acquisition and leadership, the artistry I cultivated during my years as a professional makeup artist, and my deep passion for details. It was through my own journey to the altar that I realized these pieces were meant to come together. Following my faith, the answer became clear: creating a planning and design studio, a space where intentional design meets personal storytelling and every celebration is elevated with purpose and artistry.


For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the art of transformation, whether curating unforgettable events, crafting the perfect makeup look for life’s most meaningful days, or helping people step into their dream careers with confidence. My approach is rooted in that same intention, grounded in kindness and authenticity, listening deeply to people’s dreams, desires, and interests, then translating them into the physical world. Regardless of the medium, I seek to empower my clients in their journeys of self-transformation, confidence, and self-expression.


Intermingling work and play, when I’m not designing events, you can find me obsessing over my dogs, trying refined restaurants, from boutiques to Michelin-starred destinations, ordering almost everything on the menu, if not everything, with my husband Reid, front row at concerts as a true music fiend, traveling whenever I can, forever drawn to small-town charm and anything Japan, and spending time with my favorite human in the world, my daughter Ellah.


Value-centered and heart-forward, with a refined style, whether minimalist or maximalist, I know the most meaningful moments come from obsessively nailing the details. The intimacy of an experience is born long before guests step foot in the room. It all starts with an idea, which leads to a conversation, that becomes a plan where we’ll co-create your personal version of magic.

HEAD OF PRODUCTION

 

Trish’s passion for events was sparked at a young age, watching her mother and grandmother craft unforgettable gatherings that left guests talking for days. As she grew older, Trish saw that curating a remarkable event was akin to creating a work of art, and her passion for event producing was born.


With years of experience under her belt, Trish has executed everything from large-scale corporate and brand events to intimate fashion shows and influencer meet-and-greets that drew thousands of fans. What sets her apart is her attention to detail and ability to execute with precision, making every event feel seamless. A natural problem solver, Trish exudes calm confidence, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.


As Head of Production & Logistics, Trish plays a pivotal role in every LDE event. From overseeing vendor load-ins to managing timelines down to the minute, she is the strategic force that ensures every moving part operates in perfect harmony. Her leadership is a key reason our events don’t just run smoothly; they feel elevated, intentional, and completely effortless to our clients and their guests.

PROJECT MANAGER

Taylor joined Leilani Donnan Events in 2021 as Special Projects Manager, bringing a deep love for bridal fashion and a desire to understand the industry beyond the surface. With a master’s degree in Digital Audience Strategy and experience supporting global brands such as Meta and Apple, she blends strategy with instinct, leading social media initiatives and supporting BTS event production. Her ability to balance vision with execution makes her a quiet force behind many of the details our clients never see but always feel.

ROBYN MATEO
Brand coordinator

Robyn is part of the steady foundation that allows each LDE celebration to unfold with clarity and intention. With a natural gift for organization and a background in business and marketing, she strengthens the systems, timelines, and communication that keep every event aligned from first conversation through final production. As the day approaches, she manages the details that shape the guest experience, from printed materials to welcome bags and escort cards, ensuring precision in the final stretch. Much of her work happens behind the scenes, yet it directly supports the thoughtful experience our clients and their guests feel.
